We are proud to announce improved signup functionality for the clients of our clients. Till this moment when your customers signed up for one of your hosting plans the system would generate a random password and send it to their e-mail address. Users tend to dislike random passwords since they are very often hard to remember. No longer will your customers have such problems as they will be able to sign up with their own passwords now. We have added the option for your clients to be able to use their e-mail addresses as well as their Client IDs in order to login to the system. Once they sign-up for one of your hosting plans, your clients will receive an e-mail containing a confirmation link and their login credentials. If they are not able to receive the e-mail then your clients can login to their control panel before the completion of the activation process and change the address they want the confirmation e-mail sent to. This will allow them to resend the activation link to another e-mail address. Once they click the link their account will appear as activated and they will be able to start using their hosting plans.
